Post your Service Requests
- Choose the service you need from the Service List
- If the service you need is not there, please let us know and we will upgrade or extend your account for FREE for one month
- Select the time when you need the service to be done
- Depending on your privacy settings, service providers will get in touch with you directly or through your working-bees.com email inbox
- Search for existing service providers using working-bees.com search engine
- Alternatively, you could get in touch directly with a preferred service provider, depending on his/her privacy settings
- You could post up to 10 services at once
- Choose the service you want to offer from the Service List
- If the service you want to offer is not there, please let us know and we will upgrade or extend your account for FREE for one month
- Select the time when you will be available to deliver it
- Specify whether you offer your services online or offline
- Define how far you could travel in order to deliver your service for offline offerings
- Set-up your Job Alerts – it will immediately inform you when somebody is posting a related Service Request
- Set-up your Vouchers
- Depending on your privacy settings, customers will get in touch with you directly or through your working-bees.com email inbox
- You could post up to 10 services at once, depending on your account type

· Expert Account - will cost you GBP9.88 per month. There are special discounts when you buy for three, six, nine or 12 months
· Master Account - will cost you GBP16.88 per month. There are special discounts when you buy for three, six, nine or 12 months
· Promotional Codes - if you have one you could use it to further lower the cost of your membership
· Fees are paid in advance each quarter and membership is renewed automatically, you can cancel your membership at any time

· FREE Account – allows you to post up to 2 service offerings and up to10 service requests
· Expert Account - allows you to post up to 6 service offerings and up to 10 service requests, get 3 banners to promote your services, set-up alerts, visitors reports, post advice
· Master Account – allows you to post up to 10 service offerings and up to 10 service requests, get 10 banners to promote your services, set-up alerts, full visitors reports, post advice
· Own Vouchers – depending on your account type you can get up to 3 Vouchers for FREE. You can also buy more vouchers as you see fit for your online promotional campaign
· Your own inbox, unlimited emails, unlimited connections with other people
· Reports where you could track the impact of your online promotional campaign – who saw your profile, who clicked on your banner or vouchers and many more.
- How Banners work?
· Banners are another way of helping you promote your skills and services
· Each banner contains your name, your rating and your skill / service choose by you
· You have a limited number of banners, depending on your account type – please use them smartly
· In the future we might allow users to buy as many banners as they wish
· Banners are featured on the working-bees.com Home Page, on working-bees.com WLS Module and on working-bees.com Search Results
- How Advice works?
· Advice are another way of helping you promote your skills and services and improve your ratings
· You could post as many advices as you like on you Profile Page
· All advices will be featured on the Advice Board Page
· Each user or non-user of working-bees.com will be able to like / do not like your advice whether on your Profile Page or on the Advice Board Page
· Please put interesting and smart advices related to your skills / services
- How Vouchers work?
· Vouchers are another way of helping you promote your skills and services
· Each voucher contains your name, your rating and your skill / service choose by you, the discount you offer and the period for which you are offering the discount
· There are two types of vouchers – weekly, which last for a week and then will be automatically deleted from the Voucher Page, and monthly, which last for a month and then will be automatically deleted from the Voucher Page
· There are two types of discounts you can offer – as a percentage of total costs or as an amount of money out of the total cost for a minimum spending. You could choose the type of discount you would like to offer when setting up the voucher
· You could buy as many vouchers you like
· Vouchers cost is not refundable
· Vouchers are featured on the working-bees.com Vouchers Page
- How do I pay my working-bees.com membership?
· ou can pay securely with both credit and debit cards
· Payments are taken in advance for the period you choose by a secure automated payment system
· An itemised VAT invoice for your records will be automatically sent to you
· Working-bees.com will let you know when your next membership payment is due
· For your security we encrypt all sensitive payment details and use a secure server
- How do I cancel my working-bees.com membership?
· You can stop you membership from being renewed at any time
· Cancellation requests must be received at least 10 days prior to the end of your previous paid period of time
· If you choose to cancel your membership within the first 14 days, all membership fees paid will be refunded in full, as stated in our Terms and Conditions

· Our service is tested and supported on IE9 for Windows and Mac

· Working-bees.com has developed a proprietary rating system
· Subscription - up to 10%, based on your account type
· Recommenations - up to 60%, based only on other people recommendations. Only people in your network could leave recommendations, be them friends or customers
· Advice - up to 30%, based on approval rate of your posted advices. All people on working-bees.com could rate your Advice as Useful/Like or Not Useful/Not Like

Working-bees.com success depends on connecting quality service providers with quality
service users.
Experts and Clients are required to be honest, truthful and forthright about their credentials
- What if I already have a website?

- How can I update my details?
· Make sure that you keep your contact details up-to-date so that your customers can get in touch with you - click on ‘Edit My Profile’ on your Personal Profile page.

· Also, when you go away on holiday, you can choose to stop us sending you alerts for a certain period of time
· You can update your Service Offering - when you learn a new trade or want to promote a new service - click on My Service Offerings

We do not sell or distribute personal information to other parties.

- Are there legal issues using working-bees.com?
The use of working-bees.com itself does not create any legal issues for its users because working-bees.com is simply an infrastructure for introducing service providers and service users. However, working-bees.com users are responsible for complying with all applicable employment, confidentiality, and/or non–disclosure agreements they are subject to, as well as any applicable securities laws and professional or fiduciary obligations
- How are working-bees.com members who misbehave reprimanded?
· Unethical or inappropriate use of working-bees.com or someone is pretending to be another person - Please send us an email explaining the case and we will look into this seriously – support@working-bees.com
· When misuse has been flagged by our members we will consider each item on a case-by-case basis. In the worst-case scenario, we can terminate the member's account, but generally we will send up to 2 warnings via email before suspending or terminating the account
